Warranty conditions

We supply the quality of the FULBAT brand. FULBAT batteries (hereinafter also referred to as "accumulators") are manufactured using the most modern production processes and are certified according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 standards. This ensures their high quality and reliability.

If, despite thorough output inspection, a manufacturing defect occurs, it must be claimed without undue delay at the place of purchase. The complaint is subsequently handled through the supplier, who is responsible for the functionality of the accumulator during the warranty period.

These warranty conditions apply exclusively to FULBAT batteries and must be interpreted in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions and the Complaints Procedure of the company.

Warranty period

The warranty period is set at 24 months from the receipt of the goods by the buyer.

Where and how to claim

In case of a defect in the accumulator during the warranty period, the claim must be made without undue delay at the place of purchase. When claiming, it is necessary to present proof of purchase and the warranty card.

Warranty exclusions

The warranty does not cover defects caused by improper storage, use or maintenance of the accumulator, mechanical damage, or defects caused by unsuitable electrical equipment of the vehicle.

The warranty also does not cover natural wear and tear, detected defects in the electrolyte, or an accumulator left in a discharged state, which may lead to irreversible damage (e.g. sulfation of electrodes).

The lifespan of the accumulator may be significantly affected by operating conditions such as extreme load, frequent cycling or deep discharge. These factors may lead to reduced lifespan without entitlement to warranty claim recognition.

Complaint resolution

If a justified complaint is accepted, the accumulator will be replaced with a new one or an appropriate amount will be refunded. In case of replacement, a new 24-month warranty period begins.
