The motorcycles ČZ 125 and ČZ 150 belong among the most iconic Czechoslovak machines of the post-war era. These lightweight two-stroke motorcycles manufactured in Strakonice gained popularity thanks to their simple construction, reliability, and easy servicing.

The first post-war models of the ČZ 125 series began with the ČZ 125 A in 1946, followed by the modernized ČZ 125 B in 1947, which introduced an improved frame and a more reliable engine. In 1948, the popular ČZ 125 T was launched, offering a more robust design and improved riding characteristics.

The 125 series was followed in 1950 by the first 150 cc motorcycle – the ČZ 150 C, which was technically based on the earlier ČZ 125 T but offered higher performance and increased comfort. This model became one of the most successful motorcycles produced by ČZ and remains among the most frequently restored historic motorcycles.
