Language and Delivery Country

If you are from a country other than the Czech Republic, click on the flag in the top right corner and select the language in which you want to shop.

At the same time, you can also select the delivery country so that available shipping and payment options for your location are displayed.

⚠️ Note: The delivery country also affects the product price, because the VAT rate applicable in the selected country is automatically applied.

If you select the delivery country only in the shopping cart, prices will be recalculated according to the VAT of that country.

If you want to see the correct prices right away, we recommend setting the delivery country at the beginning of your shopping.

User Account

Registration is not required for shopping. You can shop completely without registration – just fill in the details needed to process and ship your order.

Registration

You can register before shopping by clicking in the top right corner on “Your Account” → “Create Account.”

Then fill in all required details to complete the registration.

After registration, you will receive an activation e-mail together with your login details.

To activate your account, you must click on the link contained in the e-mail. You can change your password in your profile.

Benefits of Registration

  • Overview of orders with current processing status

  • Ability to add products to favorites / watch list

  • Profile management, e.g., when changing personal details

  • Faster shopping – once logged in, you don’t need to re-enter shipping details

  • Access to the loyalty system and the ability to use loyalty points

Login

You can log in by clicking in the top right corner on “Your Account → Login.”

Login is done using the e-mail address provided during registration and your password.

You can also log in during checkout when filling in shipping details if you haven’t logged in yet.

Forgotten Password

If you forgot your password, click in the top right corner on “Your Account → Forgotten Password.”

You will be asked to enter the e-mail address associated with your account.

If the e-mail is registered, you will receive a new password and an activation link.

You can then change your password in your profile.

Finding Products

You can browse categories and subcategories of parts or use the search bar at the top of the page.
If you know the part code, you can enter it directly into the search.

Product Selection

Each category and subcategory contains a list of products.

Click the “i” icon to display detailed product information.

If you hover your cursor over the photo, additional images will be displayed (if available).

For complete information, click directly on the product to open its individual page.

On the product page you will find the description, specifications, availability, and price.

If you want to order the part, select the quantity and click the green “Add to Cart” button.

You can also add the product to your favorites or compare it with other products (these buttons are located below the product photo).

Shopping Cart

You can find the shopping cart in the top right corner of the page, along with information about the number of items and the total value of the cart (shown in red, or light green if you are further down the page).

Clicking on the cart takes you directly into it. For a quick view of the cart contents, click the arrow on the cart button.

In the cart, you can see an overview of the added products, quantities, unit prices, and the total price.

You can remove items, change their quantities, or return to shopping to add more products.

If you have a discount code, enter it here by ticking the “Apply Discount Coupon” field.

The cart also shows information about loyalty points you will earn for the purchase, and, if applicable, the amount remaining to qualify for free shipping (free shipping does not apply to all carriers).

If you have loyalty points from a previous order and they are active, you can redeem them by ticking the “Use Loyalty Points” field (you need to be logged in for this option).

After checking all items, click “Continue to Shipping.”

Shipping and Payment

Selecting the Delivery Country

Select the delivery country from the list if it differs from the default setting, or if you already set the country at the beginning by clicking on the flag.

Delivery is possible only to the countries listed, which are EU countries.

Unfortunately, we do not deliver outside the EU, e.g., to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, USA, or Australia.

Selecting Shipping

Choose the shipping method from the pre-selected list of carriers for the given country.

You can choose between pick-up points (if available) or home delivery.

When selecting a pick-up point, a map or list of available locations will appear, from which you can choose.

Please note that carrier options have weight and size limitations.

Pick-up points are suitable for smaller packages.

Home delivery allows larger parcels.

For example, an exhaust system cannot be delivered to a parcel locker. In such cases, we reserve the right to change the shipping method and price.

Selecting Payment

Choose your payment method from the available options (cash on delivery, online card payment, bank transfer, cash on personal pickup).

After selecting shipping and payment, click “Continue to Delivery Details.”

Delivery Details

If you are not logged in, fill in all required details in this step (first name, last name, e-mail, phone number, address).

If the delivery address differs from the billing details, tick the “Different Delivery Address” box and fill in the required information.

These details must also be filled in if the delivery country differs from the billing country.

If you are shopping on behalf of a company, please fill in the required company details.

In this step, you can also create a customer account by ticking the “Create Customer Account” box.

Agreeing to the Terms and Conditions is mandatory – tick the appropriate box. You can read the Terms and Conditions by clicking on the link.

Order Summary

On this page, you will see an order summary (on the left column or at the end of the page, depending on your browser’s responsive display). Here you will find:

  • Product prices including VAT without shipping

  • The number of loyalty points you will earn for the purchase

  • The price and selected shipping method

  • The total price including VAT, payable via your chosen payment method

If everything is correct, click “Order Binding for Payment” to complete your order.

You can return to previous steps anytime by clicking the “Back to Shipping” button.

Order Confirmation

If everything is correct, the following message will appear: “Order Received – Your order has been successfully received. A confirmation has been sent to your e-mail.”

You can also click the “Order Details” button to view order details and its current status.

Now please wait until we process your order.

We will keep you informed by e-mail, including notification of dispatch and handover to the carrier, with tracking information.

You can also track the order status in your customer account after logging in.
