Returns and Complaints
For any complaint or request to return goods, please follow the instructions below. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us by email or phone.
How to make a complaint
Unless otherwise stated for a product, we provide the statutory warranty period of 24 months (private individuals) and 12 months (companies and entrepreneurs) from the moment the buyer receives the goods.
For any complaints, please contact us via email: shop@jawaparts.com. Our team will gladly assist you, take care of everything needed, and arrange the transport of the faulty goods to us. If you provide a detailed description of the defect and attach photographic documentation to the email, you will significantly speed up the complaint processing.
Please use our complaint form when making a complaint, which you can download below. The returned goods should be sent to our address as soon as possible, together with a copy of the invoice, which serves as the warranty certificate. (You can find the document in the automatic email with the order confirmation and shipment information or download it from your customer account.)

We will inform you of the result of the complaint within the statutory period via email or phone. Compensation for a justified complaint may be a refund of the price of the goods or delivery of a replacement item.
Please do not send the goods by cash on delivery. Goods sent this way will not be accepted.
How to return goods
As a buyer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods (§ 1829 of the Civil Code). You can try and examine the goods in the same way as you would in a physical store. However, if the goods are damaged or worn beyond normal inspection upon return, we reserve the right to reduce the amount we refund and will inform you of this adjustment. If you decide to withdraw from the contract, please send us the completed return form within the statutory period, which you can find below. Then send the goods back to us without undue delay.

If everything is in order, the corresponding amount will be refunded to your bank account within 14 days of withdrawal from the purchase contract. In case the returned goods are damaged, worn beyond normal inspection, or incomplete, we reserve the right to reduce the amount we refund and will inform you of this adjustment.
