Shipping & Payment

We process and ship your orders as quickly as possible, depending on product availability and operational capacity. Most items are in stock. Delivery times depend on the carrier and the availability of the specific product, which we always show in the product details or during order processing. Once the order has been shipped, its contents can no longer be changed.

*Please note: Shipments cannot be delivered to islands that are considered separate customs areas (e.g., Canary Islands, Azores, Madeira, etc.). Any costs arising from unsuccessful delivery attempts are the responsibility of the buyer.

At this time, delivery outside of the EU is not available. We are focused on ensuring reliable and fast shipping within the European Union.

Shipping Companies

International deliveries are carried out via GLS and DHL (or their local partners in specific countries). The carrier cannot be selected at this time. The carrier will be assigned and communicated to you during the order process.

When picking up your order at the MOTOJELÍNEK.CZ store in Zlín, both payment and collection are completely free of charge. You can pay for your order directly upon collection – either in cash or by card.
