Motorcycle paint JAWA, ČZ (for spray gun) - Dark red 1L (DYNA)

Thanks to long-term testing and practical experience, the paint was originally available only in-store. Due to demand from customers and fans of JAWA and ČZ brands, it is now available for convenient delivery directly to your garage.

The required amount of paint depends on the application method, number of layers and the experience of the painter. Approximately 0.6 L is sufficient for a smaller moped and about 1 L for a larger motorcycle.

Application procedure:

First, thoroughly sanding and degrease the surface to be repaired. Then apply a filler and after drying, sand the surface with sandpaper with a grit of approx. 600. To increase corrosion protection, we recommend using an epoxy primer, which can also serve as a filler.

Before painting, clean the surface using an antistatic cloth to prevent contamination of the final layer.

Mix the paint with hardener in a 2:1 ratio and then add 10–20% thinner. For accurate dosing, we recommend using a mixing cup. For cleaning the spray gun, use a suitable technical thinner (e.g. C6000).

Apply the paint from a distance of approximately 30 cm in 2–5 layers depending on the required coverage. Allow 3–5 minutes flash-off time between coats.

For optimal results, we recommend following the correct application procedure and using high-quality and clean painting equipment.
