For every 5 € (incl. VAT) of the order value excluding shipping, you will receive 1 loyalty point in the loyalty system on JAWAPARTS.COM. The value of one point equals a discount of 0.04 € (incl. VAT) on your next purchase.

You can redeem your points anytime in future orders – simply in the shopping cart under the field “Use loyalty points”.

Terms of the loyalty system:

• To collect and redeem points, you need to have a registered customer account and be logged in.

• The balance of your loyalty points can be checked directly in your customer account after logging in.

• Points are credited only after the order has been paid. In case of order cancellation or partial return, the corresponding number of points will be automatically deducted.

• Points cannot be credited retroactively (for example, if your order was placed without logging in or it was an in-store purchase at JAWAPARTS.COM without creating an online order).

• The validity of each point is 365 days from the date it was earned.

Registered customers can receive an automatic discount on retail prices based on their total annual turnover on JAWAPARTS.COM. The discount is automatically assigned after reaching the specified turnover threshold.

The discount system is calculated based on the total turnover of a registered customer over the past 365 days. The discount rate is applied automatically when you log in and create a new order. The turnover is monitored retrospectively for the last 365 days from the current date. After reaching the required level, the discount is automatically activated, and if the turnover drops below the limit, the system will recalculate the level after 365 days.

After meeting the required conditions, you can get free shipping on your order. This benefit is intended for retail customers and is automatically displayed in the shopping cart before submitting the order.

Using a discount coupon

You can apply a discount code directly in the shopping cart field “Apply discount coupon”. After entering a valid code, the discount will be automatically deducted from the total order amount.

A discount coupon can be combined with loyalty points from your JAWAPARTS.COM loyalty system, allowing you to get an even better price on your purchases.
