4. Payment services

During payment processing, data may be provided to the following processors:

• ComGate Payments a.s. – payment gateway and payment terminal

Personal data (name, address, phone number, email) are transferred to shipping carriers:

• Czech Post (including Balíkovna)
• PPL (including ParcelShop)
• GLS (including ParcelShop)
• DPD (including Pickup points)
• SPS (via PPL)

• Upgates – e-commerce platform
• Balíkuj.cz – shipping label generation
• Google Analytics 4 – anonymous website analytics
• Google reCAPTCHA – spam protection
• Upgates mailing – transactional emails and newsletters
• Google Ads remarketing
• Meta Pixel (Facebook, Instagram)
• Heureka Shopping s.r.o. – “Verified by customers” service (email and order information may be shared to send review questionnaires)

7. Data retention period

• orders and accounting documents: 10 years
• customer account: until deletion or 5 years of inactivity
• newsletter: until consent withdrawal
• cookies: according to browser settings and consent

8. Cookies and similar technologies

The website uses three types of cookies:

a) Essential cookies

• website functionality
• shopping cart, orders, login

These operate without consent.

b) Analytical cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization.
These cookies are used for statistics and website improvement.

c) Marketing cookies
