MOTIP - Heat Resistant Paint for Cylinders and Exhausts, BLACK (HEAT RESISTANT) 800 °C

MOTIP HEAT RESISTANT spray is a special heat-resistant coating designed for surfaces exposed to very high temperatures. It is particularly suitable for exhausts, manifolds and other metal parts subjected to intense thermal stress.

The coating offers excellent adhesion and provides a durable protective layer. It is resistant to fuel, chemicals and weather conditions, making it suitable for both standard and demanding applications.

Main advantages:

Application instructions:

• surface must be clean, dry and degreased
• remove old paint, rust and imperfections by sanding
• do not use primer
• shake well for at least 2 minutes before use
• apply in several thin layers from approx. 25–30 cm
• after drying allow curing by gradual heating

For proper performance and maximum durability, follow the recommended application and curing process. Smoke may occur during curing, which is normal.
