PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL DATA

• Basis of the binder: alkyd resin
• Colour: diverse
• Smell: solvent
• Degree of gloss (at measurement angle 60° acc. to DIN 67530):
  glossy: 90 glossy units
• Efficiency:
  Depending on consistence and colour of the ground:
  400 ml are sufficient for approx. 1.25 - 1.75 m²
• Drying time (at 20°C, 50% relative air humidity):
  Dust-dry: after approx. 30-60 minutes
  Tack-free: after approx. 3 hours
  Coatable: after approx. 24 hours
  The drying time depends on surrounding temperature, air humidity and thickness of the applied coat.
• Temperature-resistant: up to 110°C
• Maximum load: up to 150°C
• Storage stability:
  10 years if appropriate storage provided (=10°-25°C, relative air humidity of max. 60%)
• Size:
  aerosol can, maximum nominal volume 400 ml

INSTRUCTION MANUEL

Before use, carefully read and observe the warning texts on the label!

Application:

• Remove rust and dirt.
• Surface should be clean, dry and free of grease.
• Cover area not to be treated with masking tape.
• Shake can for 2 minutes before use.
• Spray to test compatibility on an inconspicuous area.
• Spray several thin coats crosswise from a distance of ca. 25-30 cm.
• Do not spray on surfaces coated with synthetic resin!
