ZOLLEX - Gasket maker (85g), GRAY (350℃)

ZOLLEX Gray gasket maker is suitable for gaskets used in high temperature applications up to 350°C. Excellent heat control and torque retention for overhead cam and timing chain covers. Dries hard and flexible, and improves high temperature performance. Resists most engine fluids.

DIRECTIONS: Remove old gaskets and clean all surfaces thoroughly. Remove cap, puncture inner seal, screw on nozzle and cut to required size. Apply a continuous, uniform, 1,5 - 3 mm bead around the perimeter of one surface. Wait 10 minutes for the sealant to dry. Reassemble parts. NOTE: Leave space for the gasket when reassembling. Do not over-tighten bolts. Remove excess silicone with a  dry cloth or alcohol wipe. Silicone dries to touch in 1 hour. Allow 24 hours to fully cure and bond. REPLACE CAP AFTER USE.
