ZOLLEX - Gasket maker (85g), CLEAR (260℃)

ZOLLEX Clear gasket maker is suitable for gaskets used in high temperature applications up to 260°C. Safe for oxygen sensor equipped vehicles. Excellent heat control and torque retention for overhead cam and timing chain covers. Dries hard and flexible, and improves high temperature performance. Resists most engine fluids.

DIRECTIONS: Remove old gaskets and clean all surfaces thoroughly. Remove cap, puncture inner seal, screw on nozzle and cut to required size. Apply a continuous, uniform, 1,5 - 3 mm bead around the perimeter of one surface. Wait 10 minutes for the sealant to dry. Reassemble parts. NOTE: Leave space for the gasket when reassembling. Do not over-tighten bolts. Remove excess silicone with a  dry cloth or alcohol wipe. Silicone dries to touch in 1 hour. Allow 24 hours to fully cure and bond. REPLACE CAP AFTER USE.
