How to access your account on the new JAWAPARTS.COM

If you had an active customer account on our previous website, please reset your password first using the steps below.
If you didn’t have an account before, you can create a new one (shopping is also possible without registration, but you will miss some benefits such as loyalty points and our discount program).


1) You already had an account with us (old e-shop)

Step 1 – Open the account menu
On the homepage, click “Your account” in the top right corner (see screenshot 1).

Step 2 – Choose “Forgotten password”
In the drop-down menu, click “Forgotten password” (see screenshot 2).

Step 3 – Request a new password
A pop-up window “Forgotten password” will appear (see screenshot 3):

  1. Enter the email address you used in the previous e-shop into the field.

  2. Click “Send”.

Step 4 – Set a new password
You will receive an email with a link. Click the link and choose a new password.
After that, you can sign in normally via Your account → Log In.

If the email does not arrive, please also check your Spam / Promotions folder or contact us.


After signing in – please check your account details

After you sign in to your account, please open the Customer account → Profile page and check that your personal and delivery information is correct.

Important: Please make sure to change your delivery country to your real country of residence.
At the moment, Czech Republic is set as the default country for all migrated accounts.

  1. Go to Customer account → Profile

  2. Find the field Country

  3. Select the correct delivery country from the list

  4. Save the changes

Updating the correct country ensures:

  • proper shipping options and delivery prices

  • correct tax/VAT calculation

  • faster and trouble-free order processing

2) You did not have an account before

You can order without registration, but we recommend creating an account to enjoy all benefits.

Step 1 – Open the account menu
Click “Your account” in the top right corner of the site.

Step 2 – Create an account
In the drop-down menu, select “Create an Account”.
Fill in your details and confirm the registration.
Then you can sign in any time via Your account → Log In.


3) Why create an account?

With a customer account you can:

  • collect loyalty points for your purchases

  • use our discount & loyalty program

  • see your order history

  • enjoy faster checkout with saved delivery details
