The Manet Korádo moped is one of the most successful modern mopeds of Czechoslovak production. It was first manufactured in 1992 at Považské strojárne and was technically based on an Austrian Puch engine license. Thanks to its simplicity, low fuel consumption and reliability, it became a popular successor to the legendary Babetta.

The Manet Korádo was produced in two main versions:

  • Manet Korádo Maxi – version with pedals, similar to the Babetta.
  • Manet Korádo Supermaxi – version with a kick starter (without pedals), equipped with the Puch Supermaxi engine.

Original production ended in 2006, but the brand later returned to the market with the modernized mpKorado 50 model. Nevertheless, the original Korádo mopeds remain very popular thanks to their reliability, availability of spare parts and easy maintenance.
