SOUDAL - Polyfiber 250g
High quality, glass fibre reinforced, two component polyester body filler for the repair of damaged surfaces (dents, scratches and tears) in metals, wood or polyester. Very easy to mix and apply. Fast curing and can be sanded after about 20 minutes. The glass fibres add additional strength to weakened car body parts.
Applications:
Heavy duty filling of scratches, tears, dents in metal plates, including zinc and galvanized steel. Repairing scratches, cracks, dents in cars. Reinforce rusted parts and repairs small holes in metal, polyester and wooden surfaces. Filling of scratches and dents in wooden surfaces.
Instructions:
Mix 2% B-component with the A-component. Ensure thorough mixing to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Do not mix more than can be applied within 5 minutes. Apply the mixed product by means of a spatula in a thin layer to the surface. Apply the filler in several layers if necessary. The putty can be sanded after 20 to 30 mins, depending on ambient termperature.
